Regular Lobby & Boutique Hours We are open 7 days/week!! We have a fully secured and gated facility. For the safety of all of our guests, all arrivals & departures are scheduled by individual & private appointments, otherwise there is no access to OtterTail Pet Resort. We schedule those appointments during the following hours: Mondays - Fridays 7:30am - 11:00am & 4:00pm-6:00pm Saturdays 7:30am - 11:00am Sundays 5:00pm - 7:00pm If you would like to schedule an arrival or departure outside of our normal appointment times, please contact us to check availability. If available, there will be an additional $25 charge for those appointments booked outside of the schedule outlined above. Any special appointments scheduled for the weekends will be charged for the full weekend (through Sunday evening) in addition to the $25 special appointment fee. Because we keep such a tight schedule, we regret that if you are more than 30 minutes late for your arrival or departure appointment, an additional $25 fee may be charged to your account. Please be courteous of other guests and arrive at your scheduled time. (Departures after 11am will incur an additional full-day boarding charge) Our lobby is closed on all major holidays.
Holiday Hours Peak season vacations may require a minimum number of days & at least 7 days notice for any cancellations or shortened reservations. All holidays listed below and the months of April-September are considered prime seasons 2012 New Year's Day - lobby closed St. Patrick's Day Weekend - normal hours but holiday policy Easter Sunday - lobby closed Memorial Day Sunday & Monday - lobby closed Independence Day - lobby closed Labor Day Sunday & Monday - lobby closed Thanksgiving Day & Black Friday - lobby closed Christmas Eve morning hours only Christmas Day & day after - lobby closed lobby closed = we will still be here caring for our furry guests (of course!) but we will not be open for arrival and departure appointments
Please call us to schedule your arrival date and time. If you do not reach us directly, please leave a message and your call will be returned promptly and professionally! We generally return calls at the end of our morning business hours or after our evening hours - in between those times, we are very busy giving our guests all of our attention and care! Any cancellations/shortened reservations made inside of 72 hours for off-seasons ( 7 days for prime-seasons) will be charged for a 2-night stay per pet. Cancellations or changes must be made by telephone call & confirmed by OtterTail. We do not book or cancel any reservations via email.
Payment: Full payment for your pet's vacation is due upon arrival. We prefer cash and you can receive a discount on your reservation by paying that way! We also accept personal checks & Visa/MasterCard.
Pick Up/Delivery Services: Often available for all services by appointment. Please call to check availability. Mileage fee is currently $3.00/mile roundtrip, but subject to change with rising fuel costs. |
