 From the North:

Route 1 South towards DE beaches

Exit 97 (south Dover) towards Salisbury/Route 13 South

Right at the red light in Delmar onto Maryland/DE State Line RD (Rt. 54 west)

Proceed to the next light and turn right onto Bi-State Blvd

Go 1/2 mile & turn right onto private dirt/gravel road marked as Francis St.

We are the last house of the left – white Victorian with lots of new fencing (#10257)

From the South:

Rt. 13 north towards to Delaware state line

Left at the red light in Delmar onto Maryland/DE State Line RD (Rt. 54 west)

Proceed to the next light and turn right onto Bi-State Blvd

Go 1/2 mile & turn right onto private dirt/gravel road marked as Francis St.

From the East:

Find Rt.13 and follow the directions above! 

From the West:

Rt. 50 East towards Salisbury/Ocean City

Left onto Rt. 54 East at Mardela Springs red light (a.k.a Delmar Road)

Follow about 10 miles into the town of Delmar (go straight through the one stop sign)

At the red light in Delmar, turn left onto Bi-State Blvd

Go 1/2 mile & turn right onto private dirt/gravel road marked as Francis St.
