Lobby & Retail Hours We are open 7 days/week!! We have a fully secured and gated facility. For the safety of all of our guests, all arrivals & departures are scheduled by individual & private appointments, otherwise there is no access to OtterTail Pet Resort. We schedule those appointments during the following hours: Mondays - Fridays 7:30am - 11:00am & 4:00pm-6:00pm Saturdays 7:30am - 11:00am Sundays 5:00pm - 7:00pm If you would like to schedule an arrival or departure outside of our normal appointment times, please contact us to check availability. If available, there will be an additional $25 charge for those appointments booked outside of the schedule outlined above. Because we keep such a tight schedule, we regret that if you are more than 30 minutes late for your arrival or departure appointment, an additional $25 fee may be charged to your account. Please be courteous of other guests and arrive at your scheduled time. (Departures after 11am will incur an additional full-day boarding charge) Our lobby is closed on all major holidays, but we are still here caring for our guests!
